15th May 2006 Monday
Packed some stuff to bring to Genting. Was so busy unpacking clothes from the Aussie trip to bring along to Genting. Suffering from serious jet lag and I woke up at 8am in the morning. So unlike me especially since I am not working~ =X
Waited for poonie to come my house before we set out to buy some snacks for our trip. =) Went to PS and then Suntec. Bought ALOT of dried mangos for the bus ride. Changed some Malaysian money as well.
Had early dinner of Ajisen at PS. It was fantastic! It was ages since I last ate it, so it tasted exceptionally nice. Gone were the days when we feasted at Ajisen every now and then. Those good old times! =(
We also went to Starbucks at Suntec for a drink. Tried the mango frap. It tasted not bad, just mango-y. =)
We rushed back to my house and rushed to Lavender. I was so forgetful that I kept searching for this and that. -.-'''
We finally boarded the bus at around 10pm. The bus was rather big, and the seats were comfy as well!

16th May 2006 Tuesday
Reached Genting Highlands at around 4+am in the morning. I was so tired especially since I woke very early the day before. But still, I have got to FORCE myself awake.
We went to the toilet at First World Plaza and we started washing up. =X Hohoho, I think the cleaners was shocked to see two girls actually brushing teeth and washing face there! Not only that, we even started taking photos! =P
We walked around First World Plaza after that and took some photos.
It was weird. We were more of like mad women than tourists. =P
Had breakfast at Mac. It didn't really tasted like the ones you ate in Singapore though it's the same Big Breakfast. =( Moreover, it was cold to sit there in the early hours and drinking cold milo. -__-'''

Was so tired after reaching the lobby of Genting hotel that I actually wanted to sleep at the lobby. I was not allowed to sleep there. =( Was so damn tired trying to keep my eyes open while waiting for a room to check in.
By around 8am, the guy at the reception finally called us and gave us a room. Big thank you!!! Though it wasn't the room we were allocated initially, but it's alright as long as we get a room!
The room was rather big.
We had our beauty sleep till noontime before we went out for lunch.
Lunch was some Udon noodles at "Only Mee".
Shopped around First World Plaza for the whole afternoon. Saw nothing much that interest me. In the end, only Poonie bought clothes. I think it must have been boring to shop with me! I was on a budget trip. After all that I've spent in Aussie, I shouldn't really spend anymore.
We went bowling too. My bowling skills was like shit, all went into the drain. But bowling is cheap there! =)
Had dinner at a chinese restuarant.

Bought some fruits and fruit juice before heading back to the hotel for TV. Actually I was the one who suggested that, coz I am into the TV programme there. =X

Theme Park Day!!!!!!! =)

We sat on Cyclone first before paying for the Flying Coaster. It was quite fun, the Flying Coaster. I didn't get to try it the last time I was there, so I wanted to try it this time! =) We also sat on a kiddie ride which I forgot the name.

We went on a ride to the Dinosaur Land. It was rather s-l-o-w. More for the whole family with kids. =X

Went on a monorail ride while waiting for the Space Shot. SLOW!!!!! Super slow. I can even take pictures inside without any problem. Can imagine how slow it actually was.

We went on the Space Shot after the monorail ride. It was rather cooling. But all of a sudden I miss mum and Aussie.
Those thrill rides I sat on, those times mummy waited for me while I was on the rides, everything made me sad. So I didn't want to go on Space Shot again. Sorry Poonie. I know it's my fault.

We sat on the Euro Express for several times. Haha. Don't waste the ticket!
After lunch we went on the Ferris Wheel.

Dinner was Kenny Rogers. It was damn cheap. For $20 ringgit, we got a large plate of food and drinks with muffins. Haha, it was the most worthwhile meal!

Slept quite late that night.
A strange thing happened that night.
Both of us don't have the habit of switching off the tv in the night. We left it on the previous night you see.
But when I went to the toilet in the middle of the night, the TV was off. It wasn't the kind that you off the main switch, it was switched off by the remote control. Yep. I didn't thought so much about it, I just went to the toilet.
In the morning when we were both awake, we realised that none of us switched the TV off last night. >.<

Did some last minute shopping before going home.
Bought starbucks coffee onto the bus home. =) Was busy takping photos and chatting the whole ride. We didn't sleep a wink at all on the bus! Amazing! Chatted non-stop for 6 hours straight. =) Really didn't had the chance to talk to her for quite some time.

By the time we reached Singapore, it was very late in the night.
Poonie's darling called her at night. Wow, so sweet. Seeing her expression alone can feel her happiness already. =)

Did I mention that he called her every night? I so super jealous! Even when I am attached, my boyfriend also don't call me nightly. >.< What's worse, I have no boyfriend now. =X
Sometimes I start to wonder do I have any problem. At my age, I am still single. I AM NOT MEANING THAT ONE CANNOT BE SINGLE AT 19. But maybe when I am in the working world and people I meet all are attached at my age, I feel that there's something wrong with me. I still remembered what my colleague at Tampines Mall said. =X It's just that I start feeling inferior again. I am not desperate for love or anything, I have my mum's love which is what keeps me going for so long. I am just tired of burdening so many problems which I have no one to talk to. Sometimes I just need to pour out my problems too.. Nevermind, I can survive alone too!
Haha, I think I shall end my Genting trip here. It's going off point already. Hope you all liked some of those scenery photos!
